At Portable Power Generator, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not completely happy with your product, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please see below for the full details of our returns and refunds process.

Standard Returns Policy

After indicating your intent to return, you’ll have a further 14 days to return the item or arrange for its collection.

Conditions for Returning Products

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: Items that remain unused and are in their original, sealed packaging qualify for a full refund.

  • Opened Products: Products that have been opened but not used may be returned, subject to a restocking fee.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a full refund or exchange.

How to Return Your Product

  1. Visit Your Account and Order on the Website: Log into your account and navigate to your order details to initiate your return.

  2. Package the Product: Ensure the product is securely packed, including all original accessories and documentation.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What Happens if I Receive a Faulty Item?

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@power-hub.co.uk. We will arrange a return and provide you with a full refund or replacement, depending on your choice.
